FSS Foaming Amaranth PET is a foaming amaranth protein, secondary surfactant, that is suitable for conditioning and cleansing formulations.
FSS Foaming Amaranth PET harnesses the benefits of the amaranth plant and delivers moisturizing and film forming properties to the skin and hair.
Amaranth is known to be high in colloidal peptides and carbohydrates, which are capable of adapting to unideal environmental conditions including resisting heat and drought. Amaranth is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, delivering essential amino acids that are not regularly synthesized by the skin nor hair. Used as a secondary surfactant, FSS Foaming Amaranth PET offers a soft, gentle feel without irritation in formulations. This material is anionic in character.
