Bees create propolis by mixing saliva, beeswax, and collected material from a variety of plants. Traditionally, propolis was commonly used for its known preserving abilities and effective treatments for revitalizing the skin and hair.
Often referred to as "bee glue”, propolis is considered a therapeutic substance capable of antibacterial, antioxidant, and healing properties. Propolis is rich in flavonoids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. These qualities may make propolis beneficial for promoting healthy looking skin. Formulating Guidelines: Add to the aqueous or cooling phase of your formulation.
May Sediment upon Standing; Mix Well Prior to Use
**Note: Product may change appearance if exposed to cold temperatures during shipment or storage. If this happens, please gently warm to 45-50°C and mix until normal appearance is restored
Storage: Protected from direct light and humidity at a temperature of 50°-77°F (10°-25°C)
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
